The Emerald is an old favourite of mine. I've been going there for years. The place is still the same, great service, large rooms and good food. Best of all would be the cost which is really pocket size.

We stayed at the Emerald on two occasions. Both times we enjoyed our stay. The reception staff checked us in very smoothly, the room was nice and airy and we had a great time at the pool. During check out on our last trip we had a bit of delay even though we'd informed them earlier. That could be put down to a misunderstanding, but it was solved by the manager very amicably.

I had a great time staying at the Emerald. There's lots of entertainment down the street and shopping too. The hotel has a shuttle service which is very convenient and prompt. I liked the service in the Japanese Restaurant. They are a cheerful bunch and I loved going there.
