This is by far the best airport hotel I've stayed in. I needed to catch an early morning flight out of Don Muang and their shuttle service got me there on time. Loved the restaurants, especially the Bongkot Thai cuisine. It was excellent.

My husband and I stayed here for a day to relax before our flight out. We really enjoyed the facilities and found the service excellent. The lobby looks like a palace and the restaurants have ornate décor. The Bongtok restaurant was especially grand and we enjoyed dining there.

I was bored out of my skull with nothing to do. So spend all day at the pool and got terribly sunburnt. My own stupidity to blame for that. Other than that the hotel itself was really nice. The room was really spacious and comfortable though the hotel itself looks like a movie set. The linen was changed everyday and I like that in a hotel. If you want to explore the city this hotel is not a good idea.
