Hotel excellent, staff very welcoming and wonderful. Location excellent for sightseeing and shopping.
Bangkok is very hectic, hot and exciting and the Marriott and its staff certainly provided an oasis on our return.
We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending it or returning again.

I've stayed in many similar hotels in Bkk, but now for years the JW Marriott became my absolute favourite. Location and overall quality can't be beaten.
Most of all I have to congratulate for an excellent trained, always friendly, competent and helpfull staff. Room maiden, waitresses, receptionists, security guards, managers, name them, they are all totally nice and caring.
Most of all I've always been deeply impressed how they treat EVERYBODY, independent of his/her social rank. That's high class!
With respect to so called 'price-service-relation' you will not find any hotel comparable to this. Thank you JW Marriott.

I was in Bangkok for a Business Forum and had booked JW Marriot to stay for 2 nights.
Initially, i was abit taken back by the location of the hotel, especially the dark street where the entrance of the hotel is.
However, i was totally impressed with the room and the service attitute of the staff. Well Done!

Although the hotel was well located for me but needed more atmosphere like a good coffee shop etc. Difficult for people to park for a short period but Marriotts is a good place to stay you can expect a good clean room all the time. I would stay there again and would certainly reccomend other people.

This is a smart Hotel with the usual excellent sevice we expect from the Marriott Hotels. The location is ideal for embassy work and the MRT.
