The Indra is a nice, comfortable hotel with attentive staff and clean rooms. I really couldn't ask for anything more as it's perfect for the price and well maintained.

My family of six people including my sister and brother-in-law stayed at the Indra Regent for four days. We had trouble getting rooms near each other, and had the feeling the staff didn't really care. The rooms were ok, nothing great. The Sala Thai restaurant was nice and had good prompt service.

I stayed at the Indra for two days on my way to Singapore. I found they have excellent service and comfortable rooms. It looked like it had been renovated recently. The pool area looked busy so I didn't bother going down there. The Ming Court Chinese restaurant has a good variety and is of excellent quality. Nicholas Wilkinson
The Indra Regent proved to be great value for money.
The rooms were very big, cool and extremly clean. The bathroom was modern and again a good size. The staff were very friendly and helped out with any enquires.
The swimming pool isn't huge but sweet and serves the purpose.
The location is very good for shopping - the hotel is part of a mall and the baiyoke sky is just over the road, also withing walking distance to siam centre and MBK (through many markets).
The only downside is the price of everything at the hotel, if your on a budget the food and drink is quite expensive (though very nice!) as is massages etc (though you can get a cheap foot massage in the mall basement of hotel for a tenth of the price!).
All in all I would stay here again. If not just for the HUGE buffet breakfast - everyday is the same but so much of it who can complain! Claudia Wessel
Overall the stay in Indra Regent was a memorable experience. The service was excellent, speedy check-in & check-out, friendly staff etc. The security & location of the hotel was great too.

Good hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms, considering the size and the shear size of the residence. In general no complains.  June Shute
We have been staying at this hotel for 14 years but in the last few years the service has just gone down each visit.
We only stayed 4 nights and the rest of the time in Bangkok at another hotel.
The Garden Buffet was very poor with no a la carte menu. The breakfast Buffet was not good either.
By English standards it is still good value for money.
