This is my first time in Thailand, and I never thought it is possible to enjoy such world class facilities here. I'm truly impressed with the efficient hospitality and charming manners of the staff. Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh. I really appreciated their evening turn down service. The location is ideal for truly exploring this remarkable city.

The Swissotel standards have been maintained and so have the prices. I mean you get good food outside for half the price. I guess you have to pay extra for the 5 star ambience. The room was really clean and comfortable and so was the bathroom. We enjoyed the enormous pool and the area in general. It was very tropical and they have good cocktails in the pool bar.

This place is almost like resort in a forest. It's hard to believe it's in the middle of a bustling city. We enjoyed strolling around the grounds in the early mornings before it got too warm. The staff are very courteous and always ready with a greeting and a smile. The Iso Restaurant is a great place and they have a good variety for breakfast.
