The Khao Yai National Park is the second largest national park in Thailand. It features dense forests, crystal clear streams and picturesque waterfalls. This is a park unlike any you have ever seen before and a "must see" during your Bangkok holiday.

Bird lovers will enjoy seeing over 300 species of exotic birds that make the Khao Yai National Park their home. Bring a pair of binoculars if you want to see these glorious creatures up close. The Khao Yai National Park tour is the best way to see the park as it is so large that it is possible to overlook some of the beauty without a guide.

Your English speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the park in an air-conditioned vehicle. Although you will be walking through much of the beautiful landscape, there will be some transportation by jeep. The park is very large and your guide will know all of the wonderful points of interest in which to take you.

The first stop you will make, before entering the vast park, is at a local market where you can purchase many different types of exotic fruits and vegetables. Thai fruits are very exotic and tempting and safe to eat. Try something new here and give your taste buds a treat. After the market, you will be pulled by an oxen driven cart along the rice fields until you reach the vast park.

Once inside the beautiful Khao Yai National Park, you will walk along trails through the beautiful forest until you come to the Heo Narok Waterfall, which is really something to behold. The Waterfall comes from the top of 200 metre cliff and falls into the plains below. Do not forget to bring your camera as this is truly a scene of natural beauty.

Lunch is always included in virtually all Thai tours and this one is no different. Enjoy some delicious Thai foods in a local restaurant where you can relax for a little while before your next adventure. And the next adventure is a big one. Have you ever imagined treking through a jungle on the back of an elephant? Imagine no more, because this is the grande finale of the Kaho Yai National Park tour. And this is something that you are not likely to ever forget. The elephants are gentle and although quite large, they are tame, so this is perfectly safe and quite a bit of fun.

After your day spent at Khao Yai National Park, you will be driven back to your hotel in an air conditioned vehicle. There is no better way to experience the beauty of nature than through the Khao Yai National Park tour. During your holiday to Bangkok, be sure to take the family to the Kaho Yai National Park tour. Everyone will have a splendid time.
